The Counselling Services function as a helping arm to provide socio-emotional learning support for our Hwa Chongians as they take the journey of embracing a holistic education in HCI.
Every student has the right to seek and receive counselling help. He is encouraged and empowered to deal with and work towards the resolution of his struggles. This is carried out under the umbrella of the safety and the limits of confidentiality.
Creating an avenue for our Hwa Chongians to get things off their chests and offload what's on their minds by providing a listening ear. In the counselling process they also learn how to handle and work out their difficulties which may cover social, emotional, medical or other issues.
