Hwa Chong Young Gentlemen Award

1. This award is open to all Hwa Chong Institution (High School) students.
2. Emphasis will be placed on the student's level of participation in CIP, CCA and grassroots activities/other community activities.
3. Nominees are expected to display evidence of the following key moral traits:
   • Renders support to those in need.
   • Carries himself with pride and dignity
   • Practises "yin shui si yuan".
   • Possesses moral courage and integrity.
   • Shows a strong sense of self-discipline and responsibility
4. Academic achievements are not included as a criterion as the award focuses on conduct and attitude.
5. A total of 40 awards will be given each year.
