Have you all started thinking of how to make a special day for your teachers? This year, the theme, 'P.S: We love you', expresses our deep down love and gratitude for our teachers. There will be ACES DAY workout on that day, plus a concert put up by students for teachers. :) The Teachers' Day Committee will also be selling flowers for you to present to your beloves teachers! So please do look forward to Teachers' Day 2008! :) Mid-Autumn Festival (MAF): Specially-priced Celebration Mooncakes on sale till 12 August! Please make your orders generously as part of the purchases will go to the Needy Students Fund. For more information and orders, please approach your CT Rep. As for the street markets, forms will be available by next Friday on multiple platforms (SMB, the MAF noticeboard, etc). In the meantime, do brainstorm on ideas for your stall, but do be reminded that food and lightsticks are NOT to be sold. MAF 2008 promises to be an extravagant one, as we are exploring the idea of pioneering new items and harnessing new technology. Look out for the exciting performances by CCA groups and an integrated laser show along with the Grand Light-up! Make a date with the moon, friends, and reunion the Hwa Chong Way. Make a date with MAF on the 6th of September, 5.00pm. See you there! :) Senior Promenade: More than 70 tables have been sold so far! Hence, if you have not purchased a ticket for La Soiree, do so quickly! Just make your way down to the bench outside the Welfare Room from 3pm - 6pm with the completed purchase form book a table. The prom ticket sales will continue till 15 August 2008. The 35th Prom Comm promise you a time of your life at La Soiree, a memorable time with all your schoolmates! :) Open House: Calling for all interested students to be a tour guide for Open House this year!
