The 13th Aphelion Council places quality of its work as its first priority, aiming to serve the Aphelion population and improve student welfare. A council with an illustrious history of 13 years, the Aphelion Council strives to establish itself as a dedicated, trustworthy and receptive council. The council also places a great emphasis on nurturing the junior councilors so that the council will consistently strive for greater heights year after year.
