| Teaching Brief | Dr Tania Aspland has worked in Teacher Education for twenty one years. She has taught in primary, secondary and special education schools. She is currently leading a curriculum change process in the university, redesigning undergraduate Teacher Education courses and actively researching the changing nature of teachers' work in schools. She has particular interests in curriculum reform and pedagogy, professional development, curriculum leadership and action research. She is currently working in a number of school sites throughout Queensland exploring new pedagogies and curriculum innovations across the primary and secondary sectors using action research. She is a member of Middle Years of School Association and actively investigating innovative practices in the Middle Years of Schooling movement across Australia. |
